Biographical Notes:
Clifford Altekruse has been a mediator since 1996 and has practiced law, with a focus on construction and surety matters, since 1982. He has mediated and arbitrated in many dispute areas, especially in commercial and business, construction, and contract disputes. Mr. Altekruse works activley with counsel throughout the mediation process, and welcomes client particiapation as counsel advises.
Mr. Altekruse studied ADR with JAMS/Endispute, the American Arbitration Association, and at Harvard University's Advanced Mediation program. He is a past Chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the State Bar of Georgia, is a panel member at Henning Mediation & Arbitration, and has taught many mediation seminars and mediator training programs.
