Biographical Notes:
Danny Cohen is a partner in the law firm Brannen, Searcy & Smith, LLP in Savannah, Georgia,
concentrating his practice in the areas of construction litigation, insurance law, professional
liability claims (against engineers, architects and other professionals) and defense of personal
injury claims. Danny is licensed to practice in all trial and appellate courts in both Georgia and South Carolina.
As a Mediator and Arbitrator, Danny has been practicing in the field of ADR since 2002
involving an array of cases from personal injury to construction litigation claims. He was
included in the 2009 edition of The Best Lawyers in America in the specialty of Alternative
Dispute Resolution.

RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION |
Rates: $125.00 per hour per party for two party mediation; $100.00 per hour per party for a three party mediation; $80.00 per hour for four party mediation
