Biographical Notes:
 David Zacks is an action oriented problem solver. His experience includes having served as National Chair of the American Cancer Society and other organizations. He is a trial lawyer representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigation matters. He is a certified arbitrator and mediator with the American Health Lawyers Association, as well as other state and private organizations. Mr. Zacks served as a Captain in the Army's JAGC and he was certified as a Military Judge. Mr. Zacks also practices in the Health Care group and represents both hospital and physician providers. In addition, Mr. Zacks is a member of the Special Investigations and White Collar Crime team. He has handled a wide range of criminal defense matters on behalf of individuals and corporate entities, and has extensive experience conducting internal corporate investigations. He is Co-Chair of the firm's Native American Practice Group and has served on Kilpatrick Stockton's Executive Committee.

RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION |
Rates: 2 Party Case: $200 per party, per hour;
3 Party Case: $175 per party, per hour;
4 Party Case: $160 per party, per hour

Payment: Attorneys' guaranteed fees -- billed monthly or at conclusion (discussed with counsel)

Cancellation Policy: None if cancelled within 24 hours; payment for 1/2 day if less than 24 hours notice.
