Biographical Notes:
Mr. Allen is a Certified Court Mediator and Arbitrator. He has been a speaker for ICLE on complex mediation. He was a member of the Supreme Court of Georgia Chief Justice’s Commission on Professionalism from 1996 through 2002. He was appointed to the 2006-2009 State Bar Committee on Professionalism. He is a member of the Western Circuit Bar Association, and served as the Association’s President in 1989. He is a past president of the McMinn County Bar Association, and he is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association. Mr. Allen served on the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Georgia from 1988 to 1995. Mr. Allen’s areas of practice include Civil Litigation, Insurance, Condemnation, Health Care Law, Domestic Relations, and Mediation.
