Biographical Notes:
Mr. Mahar has 34 years experience in litigation and 19 years experience in mediation. He has litigation experience in personal injury, wrongful death, business, construction, and domestic relations cases. Mr. Mahar has handled over 1000 mediations in a wide variety of cases.
Mr. Mahar is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association, and the Gainesville-Northeastern Circuit Bar Association serving as president from 1996 to 1997. He is a registered mediator, arbitrator and early neutral case evaluator. Mr. Mahar also serves as a Special Master for attorney discipline cases.
