Biographical Notes:
Mr. Rice has his own personal injury litigation practice specializing in automotive, premises liability, including negligent security and slip/trip and falls, as well as product liabiltiy. Mr. Rice has practiced both on behalf of defendants including large manufacturers (tobacco companies, retailers such as Chevron, Publix and Winn Dixie, as well as handling personal injury matters ranging from wrongful death to soft tissue injuries.
Mr. Rice resigned his partership with a local defense firm and began his own practice in 2003. In 2004, Mr. Rice, became a principal in MilesRice Mediation and Arbitration Services, LLC., and regularly now mediates and arbitrates a wide range of civil disputes throughout Metro Atlanta.
Mr. Rice has vast experience as a mediator and is well known for both his trial and mediation skills.
Education:
- 1991 - B. A. Degree in Political Science from the University of Florida
- 1994 Graduated with honors from the University of Florida College of Law
