Biographical Notes:
 Joan C. Grafstein, Esq. is a full-time ADR professional with over five years' experience resolving a wide variety of complex, multi-party disputes as a mediator and arbitrator. From her 29 years as an attorney, most as in-house counsel at Emory University and the University of Georgia, she has expertise in employment, intellectual property, personal injury, and contract and other business disputes and their resolution. She is the Professional Services Director of the JAMS Atlanta office, in addition to serving as a mediator and arbitrator.
