Biographical Notes:
Ken Kendrick was admitted to the bar in 1977 and has practiced in all state and federal courts in Georgia, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Through pro haec admissions he has practiced in State and Federal Courts in New York, Louisiana, Tennessee, South Carolina, Alabama, and Florida. He serves as counsel to the firm in the Atlanta office of Womble Carlyle. In the course of his litigation practice Ken has been involved in a wide variety of disputes with a focus on partnership, securities, banking and finance issues, professional liability and other business disputes. Ken is currently a member with the Atlanta office of Womble, Carlyle, Sandridge & Rice PLLC.
Since 1994, Ken has engaged in ADR practice as an advocate and neutral. He regularly serves as a mediator and arbitrator in business disputes including class action litigation. Ken was a co-founder of the Alternate Dispute Resolution Section of the Georgia Bar, having prepared and filed the application with the State Bar to form the section, and served as its third Chairperson. In 1996 he co-chaired the Georiga ADR Institute. He is a panel member with Henning Mediation and Arbitration in Atlanta.
