Biographical Notes:
Norman S. Fletcher was sworn in as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Georgia on June 28, 2001, and retired from the Court June 30, 2005. Former Chief Justice Fletcher was appointed to the Georgia Supreme Cout on December 28, 1989. Justice Fletcher joined Brinson, Askew, Berry, Seigler, Richardson & Davis as Of Counsel, bringing with him his 47 years of experience as a trial lawyer, counselor, city attorney, county attorney and general practitioner.
Since retiring from the bench, Justice Fletcher has been called upon to act as an arbitrator in many high stakes cases, both with the AAA panel and privately.
