Philip S. Coe is a trial attorney and certified mediator and arbitrator who has extensive experience in dispute resolution in a wide range of cases, including business and commercial disputes, divorce and family law matters, personal injury and wrongful death, medical and legal malpractice, probate litigation, real estate litigation, and many other types of cases.

Mr. Coe holds a law degree from Harvard Law School (J.D. 1975), a business degree from Georgia State University (M.B.A. 1986) and a theology degree from the Candler School of Theology at Emory University (M.T.S. 2001), one of thirteen United Methodist seminaries in the United States. He thus combines a practical understanding of business, law, accounting and finance with a Christian perspective on problem solving and dispute resolution.

With conference facilities located in Fayetteville, Georgia, Mr. Coe is available to conduct mediations or arbitrations throughout the State of Georgia and the Southeast United States. The particular style or styles of mediation (e.g., facilitative, evaluative, transformative) utilized by Mr. Coe in a particular case may vary, depending upon the nature of the case, the issues to be resolved and the needs and desires of the parties themselves.
