Biographical Notes:

For more than 30 years, Randolph Mayer has been successfully representing entrepreneurs and professionals in suits involving business torts, defamation, insurance, partnership dissolution, securities fraud and minority shareholders' rights. He also devotes a substantial portion of his practice to mediation, arbitration, special master duties and expert testimony. He has mediated over 1000 cases to resolution and has served as an arbitrator in numerous major cases. He is a member of the Atlanta Consortium of Mediators and Arbitrators and the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.
