Biographical Notes:
Mr Dokson has practiced law in Atlanta for forty (40) years and has been involved in ADR activities for 30 years. His practice as both an advocate and an ADR neutral involved a wide variety of commercial and civil matters. Over the past few years, Mr. Dokson has mediated or arbitrated hundreds of cases across a broad spectrum of dispute types.
Mr. Dokson is a frequent lecturer and trainer at CLE seminars on ADR matters. He was a founding Board Member of the Justice Center of Atlanta, one of the earliest mediation programs in the Atlanta area, established in the 1970's under a special grant from the US Department of Justice.
Education:
Mr. Dokson received his undergraduate degree from Brown University and he also attended the London School of Economics. He has a J.D. degree from the University of Chicago, where he was an Editor of the Law Review, and an LL.M. degree from the Harvard Law School.

Rates: $215 per side per hour in 2 sided case; multi-party cases on a case by case basis.
Payment: Deposit in advance for 10 hours, any uunused portion returned to parties.
