Biographical Notes:

Robert P. Wildau of NewSouth Mediation Services has resolved hundreds of cases since he became a full-time full-service neutral in the early 1990s.

Mr. Wildau has had equal success in family law and business matters, including contract and workplace issues, employment discrimination, corporate and partnership breakups, personal injury, landlord-tenant, construction and insurance disputes. Mr. Wildau practiced law in Atlanta for 20 years before founding NewSouth in 1995 and becoming a full time neutral in 1998. He served as one of the first Judicial Officers in the newly established Family Division of the Superior Court of Fulton County from 1998 to 2001.

Before going to law school, Wildau was a staff correspondent for Time Magazine in Saigon, Chicago and San Francisco, and served as Chief of Planning and Research for the Administration of Justice Division of the Ohio Department of Development.
