Biographical Notes:
After many years of practicing law in the Southeast, Messrs Barrickman, Allred, and Young saw a tremendous need in the State of Georgia for quality mediators, arbitrators and neutral case evaluators, who offered their services at reasonable prices. This led to the formation of BAY Mediation & Arbitration Services, LLC.
Scott has been involved as neutral or attorney advocate in more than 500 mediations. He has also been involved in thousands of cases representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a broad spectrum of different areas of law.
Scott has mediated a broad spectrum of cases including cases involving: Personal Injury, Trucking, Premises Liability, Trusts and Estates, Workers' Compensation, Wrongful Death, Property and Casualty; Medical Malpractice, Construction, Business and Contract, Condominium and Home Owners Association and Products Liability disputes.
Scott and his wife are native Atlantans and attended The Marist School. He and his wife have two children Marist.
