Biographical Notes:
Victor J. Faenza is an AV rated civil litigator and registered neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution. As an attorney for 18 years, he has represented both plaintiffs and defendants handling both tort and commercial litigation. His practice has involved a wide range of matters, including, but not limited to, premises liability (including violent crime), products liability, automobile, tractor trailer, aviation, employment/EEOC, fraud, contracts/business, professional malpractice, construction defects, land use, property and casualty loss and insurance coverage.
Victor uses his extensive litigation experience and the wisdom gained from mediating over 700 cases to provide the insight and guidance needed to help clients settle their claims at mediation. Victor has an energetic and passionate approach to mediation that ensures the opportunity to mediate is not wasted.
Victor speaks regularly at seminars on the topic of effective mediations.
