RATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION

Rates: Customary $500.00 hourly rate, negotiable in specific cases, for Arbitrator, Mediator & ADR Neutral Compensation. Rate includes hearing time and study and other non-hearing case activity time. Expenses reimbursed.

Payment: Advance deposits.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation fees negotiated in specific cases.
