Biographical
Roger Mills has been practicing law since 1975 and has represented both defense interests and the interests of plaintiffs. He was an active trial lawyer until 2002 when he began providing mediation services on a statewide basis and has mediated on several occasions outside the state of Georgia. He currently mediates approximately 200 cases each year.
Mr. Mills prides himself in being an activist mediator who works tirelessly to seek a mutually agreeable resolution. Should a case not settle at mediation, Mr. Mills is dedicated to continued involvement and follow-up toward resolution.
Mr. Mills enjoys a high success rate in the closure of cases and has mediated a great number of complex matters and cases involving catastrophic injury or damage. His services are sought equally by the plaintiff's bar and defense bar as reflected in the references section of this site. He is a frequently invited speaker on the subject of alternative dispute resolution.
