Biographical Notes:
 Mr Gulden has mediated for the AAA, court systems, federal government agencies, and private organizations and currently serves as a full-time neutral. 75% of practice involves mediation in business, commercial, employment, divorce, probate, small construction, personal injury, and securities; 20% of practice involves arbitration in business, commercial, small construction and securities; 5% of practice involves training and mentoring of neutrals. Thirty years as an attorney handling business, tax, employment, regulatory compliance, and estate issues, including in-house counsel for manufacturing company.
Mr Gulden has served as a mediator in over 1,000 cases and has mediated dozens of business/contract disputes involving the purchase and sale of goods and services between businesses and involving issues such as interpretation of and conformance to contract requirements and measurement of damages. He has mediated 10-20 residential or small commercial construction cases between owners and contractors or subcontractors, as well as dozens of employment cases involving gender, race and age discrimination, concerning termination, promotion and reassignment.

Rates: $125 per hour per party ($250 for a 2-party case).

Payment: Payment due at conclusion of session.

Cancellation Policy: $250 for cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled session.
